In June 2003, the Manna Outreach program was introduced providing emergency service to needy families located in Chicago. The Service allowed those of low-income, seniors, and disabled to obtain assistance. In August 2004 Manna Outreach added additional assistance for those needing emergency, Manna Outreach was able to extend its services in Chicago at 2 locations and became a resource of information for assistance for people across the city. In January 2008 Manna Outreach launched a name change to Manna Outreach and Resource. This same year it became a National Non-Profit Organization with opening offices in the State Iowa. Manna Outreach and Resource encourage, community outreach and development programs. Manna Outreach and Resource is a non denomination faith based organization, although it is not required to receive our services.
